Lakeside Performing Arts Center

The new performing arts center is part of a large-scale update to the Lakeside School campus. The performing arts center is located in the heart of Lakeside School that bridges together the fine arts building with the high school. This bridging of buildings facilitates the ability for students to traverse between classes with ease. The new performing arts center is a destination within the campus hosting lectures, performances, professional development, and community banquets.

The double-height lobby facilitates class and lectures during school days. The orientation and materialistic quality of the lobby are designed to create an atmosphere conducive to learning and can be turned into the gathering space before a major production in the theater. The theater accommodates 1200 seats, dressing rooms, and a large scene shop.
